Let's see what this month brings.
May 1 - I completed several models that I was struggling through April to paint.
May 2 - I took a ceramic coaster class as the YMCA.
May 4 - Star Wars Day - May the Fourth Be With You - I worked the Auxiliary booth at the Annual Duck Race. I couldn't wear my Bo-Katan Helmet though 😐
May 9 - I managed to complete another model this time it was a Stablemate Scale 3D print Bashkir Curly resin.
May 10 - I completed a model and a medallion!
May 11 - Estes Park Police Department Safety Fair - so Much fun!
It's always fun at the Safety Fair! There are just so many things to see and do and Swag to get too!
I started working on a fantasy horse and a Velociraptor. Not sure where they are going, but they are fun.
The fantasy horse took a life of his own and completed quickly.
I had planned on doing some classes towards the end of the month, but due to the stresses of work I went home and canceled going to the classes. Ceramics, soap, and candles. I love doing them, but I just wanted the quiet of my home after talking to people all day.
I did take a huge leap, and let someone cut my hair. Some people will laugh, but having long hair, ALL hairstylists I have talked to want to cut it short. NO, I just want the dead stuff off. My co-worker's mom said she'd do it. Six inches later, it's the shortest I have had in a LONG LONG time, but it's healthier, just taking me some getting used to because I am used to sitting on it.
I missed out on a party for the front desk staff at the PD because work got in the way - literally I was still answering calls when I should have been at the party. 😒
The garage sale I was so excited for turned into a windy mess and I didn't even make the booth space back.
From the 19th-30th it really was just a struggle. I did manage to complete some models for the Live show I am attending so that helped. I am hoping that June will be a more productive and better month.
