High Country Live Show 2025

I drove down on Friday because almost 3 hours in the morning during still busy tourist season and rut is not optimal for driving down on the same day. I got a Super 8 about 25 minutes from the show hall (closest I could find), and drove down Friday afternoon. 

I went to the show hall and set up my table and helped with setting some chairs up. Then to the hotel to lounge for the night. 

Awake at 6 am, and left around 7 am to get gas - NO flipping gas station was open or had working pumps - it's like WTF people. I did finally find one and got to the show hall at 7:50 am. 

Finished setting up my table and started the day. 

I was showing in Performance, OF Mini Halter, threw one horse in the OF Breyer/other ring, and had minis in the Artist Resin and Custom divisions too. 

While there were only 3-4 people showing in performance, it was a good learning and sharing day. 

It was a long, fun day and I want to say thanks to Nancy and all the judges. I didn't get to meet and chat to everyone, but it was a well attended show.
